MasterCard International Card Program

1. Nature of the Service
Cards issued under the MasterCard international program constitute electronic payment instruments associated with accounts administered by JPC Solutions and issued under agreements with authorized international issuing entities.
JPC Solutions acts as the program administrator and technology service provider.
2. Card Usage
The card may be used for:
• Domestic and international purchases.
• E-commerce transactions.
• E-commerce transactions.
• ATM withdrawals.
• Digital payments and tokenization.
The cardholder is responsible for all transactions authenticated through:
• Valid PIN.
• Signature.
• 3D Secure authentication.
• Tokenization.
• Authenticated device.
3. Authentication and Authorization
Transactions authenticated through:
• PIN.
• EMV Chip.
• 3D Secure.
• OTP.
• Digital token.
• Associated biometrics.
Will be considered duly authorized by the cardholder.
4. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use
The cardholder must immediately report any loss or theft.
Transactions made before the report will be considered valid if they were properly authenticated.
5. Preventive Blocking
JPC may block the card when it detects:
• Risk patterns.
• AML alerts.
• Operational exposure.
• Cardholder request.
6. Currency and Conversion
International transactions will be subject to:
• MasterCard exchange rate.
• Applicable operational margin.
• Possible correspondent charges.
7. Liability
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, JPC's liability regarding the card service will not exceed the amount charged as the corresponding monthly fee.
8. International Program
The use of the card is also subject to the rules of the MasterCard network and the corresponding international issuer.
