The public is advised that JPC SOLUTIONS S.R.L., 3-102-574461 is supervised solely in matters of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Additionally, it is subject to binding provisions of the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Costa Rican Drug Institute. Therefore, the Superintendency of Financial Institutions (Sugef) does not supervise JPC SOLUTIONS S.R.L., 3-102-57441, in financial matters, nor the services it offers, nor its security, stability, or solvency.
